Mardi Gras Mojo Mojito Sauce

1/3 cup Don Q Mojito rum
1/4 cup fresh mint
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 cup cilantro
3 green onions
1 serrano pepper, seeded
1/3 cup brown sugar
Juice of 1/2 lime
Juice of 1/2 lemon

PROCEDURE: Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until finely chopped, but still solid texture. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving. Serve with cooked shrimp or favorite Asian or Latin appetizer.
