Fresh mint

Parsley

Instructions
PROCEDURE: Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until finely chopped, but still in solid texture. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving. Serve with cooked shrimp or favorite Asian or Latin appetizer.
