- 1 1/2 tsp. ...................................................... SIMPLE SYRUP
- 1 oz. ...................................................... CHARTREUSE
- Splash ...................................................... CLUB SODA
- Sprig ...................................................... MINT
- Wedge ...................................................... LIME
Fill a large rocks glass with crushed or shaved ice. In a bar glass, add the Rum, lime, syrup; stir well and pour over the ice into the glass, stir once more, garnish with mint and a lime wedge. Float the yellow Chartreuse. A splash of club soda adds a sparkle.
