Daisy de Santiago
- 2 oz Don Q Cristal rum
- 2 oz Lime juice
- 1½ tsp Simple syrup *
- 1 oz Chartreuse
- 1 splash Club soda
- 1 sprig Mint for garnish
- 1 wedge Lime for garnish
- Fill a large rocks glass with crushed or shaved ice. In a bar glass, add the rum, lime and syrup; stir well and pour over the ice into the glass; stir once more and garnish with mint and a lime wedge. Float the yellow Chartreuse. A splash of club soda adds a sparkle.
- *Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. granulated sugar in 8 oz. hot water.
