Daisy de Santiago

  • 2 oz Don Q Cristal rum
  • 2 oz Lime juice
  • 1½ tsp Simple syrup *
  • 1 oz Chartreuse
  • 1 splash Club soda
  • 1 sprig Mint for garnish
  • 1 wedge Lime for garnish
  1. Fill a large rocks glass with crushed or shaved ice. In a bar glass, add the rum, lime and syrup; stir well and pour over the ice into the glass; stir once more and garnish with mint and a lime wedge. Float the yellow Chartreuse. A splash of club soda adds a sparkle.
  2. *Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. granulated sugar in 8 oz. hot water.

Don Q Daiquiri

  • 1½ oz Don Q Cristal rum
  • 1½ oz Fresh lime juice
  • ¾ oz Simple syrup *
  • 1 Lime wheel for garnish
  1. Shake all ingredients and ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
  2. *Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. of granulated sugar in 8 oz. of hot water.
  3. *Garnish up to discretion

Dulcinea

Dulcinea

  • 2 oz Don Q Cristal rum
  • 2 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1 oz Orange juice
  • 1 oz Grapefruit juice
  • 2 oz Coconut cream
  • ½ oz Grenadine
  • 1 Orange slice for garnish
  1. Add ice, mix all ingredients in a blender, and garnish with a slice of orange.
  2. Rocks glass, but open to a different style.

Raspberry Mojito

Raspberry Mojito

  • 1 oz Don Q Cristal rum
  • 1 bunch Fresh mint
  • ¾ oz Fresh lime juice
  • ¾ oz Simple syrup *
  • 1 splash Champagne or sparkling wine
  • 4 Fresh raspberries
  1. Muddle raspberries first, then mint. Add rum, lime juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top it with a splash of champagne or sparkling wine.
  2. *Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. granulated sugar in 8 oz. hot water.
  3. *Garnish up to discretion

  • 1½ oz Don Q Cristal rum
  • ½ oz Peach schnapps
  • 1 oz Orange or pineapple juice
  • 1 oz Cranberry juice
  • 5 oz Chambord or Crème de Cassis (Optional)
  • 1 Orange wheel for garnish
  • 1 Cherry for garnish
  1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with an orange wheel and a cherry.
  2. *Garnish up to discretion

Skinny Piña Colada

Skinny Piña Colada

  • 1½ oz Don Q Cristal rum
  • 2 oz Coconut water
  • 1 tsp Fine sugar
  • 2 Pineapple chunks
  1. Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and double strain into a cocktail glass. We recommend water from a coconut that’s been freshly cracked open. If you use a bottled brand, we recommend Harmless Harvest®.

Spanish Palmer

  • 2 oz Lemonade
  • 1 sprig Mint leaves for garnish
  1. Stir all the ingredients in a highball glass with ice. Garnish with mint leaves.

Strawberry Spice Pitcher

Strawberry Spice Pitcher

  • 1½ oz Don Q Cristal rum
  • 1 cup Guava juice
  • 2 cups Fresh watermelon juice
  • ½ cup Fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup Strawberry syrup
  • ½ tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 sprig Sage leaves for garnish
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a pitcher and then set in fridge to chill for two hours. Pour the mixture into a glass pitcher with ice. Add sliced strawberries and stir. Garnish with sage leaves.

White Passion

  • 1½ oz Don Q Pasión rum
  • ½ oz Don Q Cristal rum
  • ½ oz Passion fruit purée
  • ½ oz Simple syrup *
  • Top Chilled club soda
  • White chocolate shavings for garnish
  1. Stir all ingredients and ice. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with white chocolate shavings.
  2. *Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. granulated sugar in 8 oz. hot water.
