Tropical Trouble
Ingredients
  • oz Don Q Añejo rum
  • 1oz Don Q 151º rum
  • oz Pineapple juice
  • ¾oz Lime juice
  • ½oz Simple syrup*
  • 4sprigs Mint(Muddled Lightly)
  • 1 Pineapple wedgefor garnish
  • 1sprig Mintfor garnish
Instructions
  1. Muddle 3 mint sprigs lightly in a shaker. Add the Don Q Añejo Rum, juices, simple syrup and ice, then shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Float with Don Q 151º Rum. Garnish with mint sprig and pineapple wedge.
  2. *Simple syrup: dissolve 8 oz. granulated sugar in 8 oz. hot water.
