- 9 oz Don Q Mojito rum
- 3 oz Fresh lime juice
- 3 oz Simple syrup *
- 12 oz Guanabana (soursop) juice
- 1 bunch Fresh mint reserve 6 sprigs for garnish
- Muddle bunch of mint directly in a pitcher. Add rum, lime juice, simple syrup, guanabana juice and ice. Stir until well chilled. Serve in rocks glasses with additional ice. Garnish with a mint sprig. Yields 6 drinks.
- *Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. granulated sugar in 8 oz. hot water.
