- 1 oz Don Q Cristal rum
- ¼ oz Simple syrup *
- ¾ oz Fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz Grand Marnier liqueur
- 4 oz Sparkling wine
- 1 Orange peel twist for garnish
- Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail glass full of ice and shake well. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with some sparkling white wine. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
- *Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. granulated sugar in 8 oz. hot water.
