  • oz Don Q Gold rum
  • oz Tia Maria coffee liqueur
  • ½oz Cherry Heering liqueur
  • ¾oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1tsp St. Elizabeth’s Allspice Dram
  • 1stick Cinnamon stickfor garnish
  1. Pour Don Q Gold Rum and the Tia Maria into a cocktail shaker full of ice. Shake well and strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with freshly grated cinnamon.
