Holiday Coffee Break
- 1½ oz Don Q Gold rum
- 1½ oz Tia Maria coffee liqueur
- ½ oz Cherry Heering liqueur
- ¾ oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp St. Elizabeth’s Allspice Dram
- 1 stick Cinnamon stick for garnish
- Pour Don Q Gold Rum and the Tia Maria into a cocktail shaker full of ice. Shake well and strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with freshly grated cinnamon.
