Don After Dark

  • 2 oz Don Q Añejo rum
  • ¾ oz Oloroso sherry
  • ½ oz Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
  • 2 dashes Chocolate bitters
  • oz Flamed orange peel
  1. Mix all liquid ingredients, then fill with ice and stir. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a flamed orange peel. To do this, use a peel with as little pith (the white part) as possible. Heat the peel under the flame and squeeze the oils out over the glass. Rim the glass with peel.
