Island Toddy

Dissolve honey with lemon juice. Place a lemon shell and honey lemon mixture in a heat resistant container and add 1/4 cup boiling water; stir for 2 minutes or until honey is dissolved, then add the Don Q Gold Rum. Strain into a mug glass and grate some nutmeg over it. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
