Coco Love

  • 1½ oz Don Q Coco rum
  • ⅓ oz Fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz Simple syrup
  • 1 tsp Licor 43® Original
  • 3 oz Soda water
  • 1 wedge Lime for garnish
  1. Mix Don Q Coco, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and Licor 43®, and shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lime wedge, fresh mint and a piece of coconut shell. *Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. granulated sugar in 8 oz. hot water.

San Juan Cooler

  • 2 oz Don Q Piña rum
  • ⅓ oz Fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz Simple syrup
  • 3 oz Soda water
  • 1 twist Lemon for garnish
  • 1 sprig Lavender or thyme for garnish
  1. Vigorously shake the Don Q Piña, fresh lemon juice, and the simple syrup. Strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with lemon zest and branches of thyme and lavender. *Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. granulated sugar in 8 oz. hot water.
