Coco Lemon

  • 1½ oz Don Q Coco rum
  • 3 oz Fresh lemonade
  • 1 twist Lemon for garnish
  • 1 pinch Coconut shavings for garnish
  1. Pour the ingredients in a highball glass with ice. Garnish with lemon zest, and coconut flakes.

San Juan Cooler

San Juan Cooler

  • 2 oz Don Q Piña rum
  • ⅓ oz Fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz Simple syrup
  • 3 oz Soda water
  • 1 twist Lemon for garnish
  • 1 sprig Lavender or thyme for garnish
  1. Vigorously shake the Don Q Piña, fresh lemon juice, and the simple syrup. Strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with lemon zest and branches of thyme and lavender. *Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. granulated sugar in 8 oz. hot water.

  • 1½ oz Don Q Pasión rum
  • 3 oz Iced tea
  • ½ oz Raspberry syrup
  • 1 wheel Lemon for garnish
  • 1 Rasberry for garnish
  1. Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain over ice into a glass teacup. Garnish with a lemon slice and raspberry.
