Coco Tini

  • oz Don Q Coco rum
  • oz Martini & Rossi® Bianco
  • ½ oz Fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz Toasted coconut syrup*
  • 1 pinch Red-hot chili pepper powder
  • *Toasted coconut syrup
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut
  1. Shake all the ingredients vigorously. Double strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a red-hot chili pepper.
*Toasted coconut syrup
  1. Toast coconut in a pan on low heat until golden brown, being careful not to burn it. Add toasted coconut to a saucepan with sugar and water, and bring to boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, cool, and fine strain into an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 2 months.

Island Toddy

Island Toddy

  • 2 oz Don Q Gold rum
  • ½ oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Peel from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 Pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 Lemon wheel for garnish
  1. Dissolve honey with lemon juice. Place a lemon shell and honey lemon mixture in a heat resistant container and add 1/4 cup boiling water; stir for 2 minutes or until honey is dissolved, then add the Don Q Gold Rum. Strain into a mug and grate some nutmeg over it. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Limón Fizz

Limón Fizz

  • oz Don Q Limón rum
  • 1 oz Elderflower liqueur
  • ½ oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Splash Club soda
  • 1 Lemon wheel for garnish
  1. Add the Don Q Limón Rum, liqueur and juice to an ice-filled highball glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with lemon wheel.

Pious Punch

Pious Punch

  • oz Don Q Coco rum
  • ¼ oz Agave nectar
  • ¼ oz Fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ oz Orange juice
  • ½ oz Benedictine Liqueur
  • 1 splash Ginger beer
  • 1 Orange peel for garnish
  1. Shake all ingredients and ice. Top it with ginger beer. Roll drink once from shaker to highball glass. Mist with orange peel. Garnish with orange peel.
  2. *Garnish up to discretion

Red Rum

Red Rum

  • oz Don Q Gold rum
  • 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz Simple syrup *
  • 1 tsp Grenadine
  • 2 dashes Maraschino liqueur - not needed
  • 1 Orange wheel for garnish
  1. Pour all ingredients into the cocktail glass. Cover with the shaker, shake well, and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with an orange wheel.
  2. *Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. granulated sugar in 8 oz. hot water.
  3. *Garnish up to discretion Coupe Glass

San Juan Cooler

San Juan Cooler

  • 2 oz Don Q Piña rum
  • oz Fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz Simple syrup
  • 3 oz Soda water
  • 1 twist Lemon for garnish
  • 1 sprig Lavender or thyme for garnish
  1. Vigorously shake the Don Q Piña, fresh lemon juice, and the simple syrup. Strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with lemon zest and branches of thyme and lavender. *Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. granulated sugar in 8 oz. hot water.
