- 2 oz....................................................... DON Q MOJITO
- 1 oz....................................................... DON Q CRISTAL
- 1/2 oz....................................................... FRESHLY SQUEEZED LIME JUICE
- 1/2 oz....................................................... SIMPLE SYRUP
- splash...................................................... SPARKLING WINE
In an ice shaker, combine the first 4 ingredients and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with sparkling wine; garnish with a lime wheel.
