- 1/4 oz. ...................................................... SIMPLE SYRUP
- 3/4 oz....................................................... FRESH LEMON JUICE
- 3/4 oz. ...................................................... GRAND MARNIER LIQUEUR
- 4 oz. ...................................................... SPARKLING WINE
Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail glass full of ice and shake well. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with some sparkling white wine. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
