Don After Dark
- 2 oz....................................................... DON Q AÑEJO
- 3/4 oz....................................................... OLOROSO SHERRY
- 1/2 oz....................................................... DOMAINE DE CANTON GINGER LIQUEUR
- 2 dashes...................................................... CHOCOLATE BITTERS
- 1 1/2 oz....................................................... FLAMED ORANGE PEEL
Mix all liquid ingredients, then fill with ice and stir. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a flamed orange peel. To do this, use a peel with as little pith (the white part) as possible. Heat the skin up under the flame and squeeze the oils out over the glass. Rim the glass with peel.
