- 2 ounces...................................................... DON Q CRISTAL RUM
- 5 pieces...................................................... DICED CUCUMBER
- 5 sprigs...................................................... CILANTRO
- 4 drops...................................................... SRIRACHA
- 1/2 ounce...................................................... SIMPLE SYRUP
- Splash...................................................... CLUB SODA
*Dissolve one part sugar to one part hot water. Let it cool. Muddle cucumber, cilantro, sriracha and syrup in a rocks glass. Add ice and rum. Roll drink from glass to shaker to glass. Top it with club soda. Garnish with cucumber slice and cilantro.
