Cristal Cranberry Sour
- 2 oz. ...................................................... DON Q CRISTAL
- 1/2 oz....................................................... GRAND MARINER LIQUEUR
- 1/2 oz. ...................................................... GRADE A MAPLE SYRUP
- 1/2 oz. ...................................................... FRESH LIME JUICE
- 1 ...................................................... WHITES OF 1 EGG
- 1 tsp. ...................................................... CRANBERRY SAUCE
- 1 dash...................................................... ANGOSTURA BITTERS
Pour the Don Q Cristal, liqueur, syrup, lime juice, and egg white into a cocktail shaker. Make sure to rinse the egg first before you crack it. Add a heaping bar spoon full of cranberry sauce (whole berry is preferable). Give it a hard shake and strain through a fine mesh strainer. Garnish with a dash of bitters.
